Non-statutary planning materials

Land-use planning documentation is the output from determining and assessing the status and development of land and verifying the options for changing it. The non-statutary planning materials here comprise Planning Analytical Materials and land Planning Studies. They are not effectual, but are an indispensable foundation for land-use planning documentation and Planning Permission.

These land planning materials serve as an information source and database for producing land planning documentation. They are processed in two levels - regionally and for municipalities with extended competence. The data portion of these materials is updated on an interim basis and every two years in full, including an analysis of the land’s sustainable development.

Land studies examine options for land use, either region-wide for a selected topic (such as recreation and tourism) or locally in more detail regarding the options for overall use of the locality (such as housing areas in the Plan).
