Another “FAJNE LÉTO” starts in the region on the 1st July

Interesting places in the region included along the TECHNOTRASA (TECHNOTRAIL) will come to life on summer weekends with the sixth annual event called FAJNE LÉTO (FINE SUMMER).

In cooperation with representatives of the TECHNOTRASA, the Moravian and Silesian Region has prepared performances, sports activities, games, and musical performances by famous personalities and bands for adults and children from July to September. Participants may also collect stamps for their TECHNOTRASA passport and compete for attractive prizes.

“The Moravian and Silesian Region has always been an industrial region with more technical sites of interest than any other region in the Czech Republic. Rather than having these industrial points of interests conserved in static museums, we want them to live and demonstrate the reasons for their existence to visitors. This is why summer holiday events for families with children are organised at selected buildings along the TECHNOTRASA, the trail linking these points of interest. Visitors can enjoy a pleasant time in a unique and authentic environment. Visit FAJNE LÉTO 2017 to see for yourself that these buildings are truly alive,” said Jan Krkoška, Deputy Governor for Regional Development and Tourism.
