The Moravian-Silesian Region has a new joint work programme with North Rhine-Westphalia

Governor Ivo Vondrák has signed a joint work programme between the Moravian-Silesian Region and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Energy, Industry, Small Businesses, and Trade of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

The programme is an outcome of an agreement to cooperate, signed between the Moravian-Silesian Region and the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in May 2002. The signing of this programme follows negotiations in March conducted by the Governor in Germany this year.

The aim of the programme is to develop cooperation in research, development and innovation, electromobility, and industry 4.0. The exchange of experience with the labour market and resolution of the situation in areas affected by mining and heavy industry is included, all with an emphasis on close ties to the enterprise sector.
