The Church of St. Joseph in Fulnek

The Church of St. Joseph in the premises of the former Capuchin monastery in Fulnek is an important monument in the "modest" Baroque style typical of the Capuchin order. The religious order brothers were forced to leave the monastery in the 1950s and from that time had virtually fallen into dilapidation. In 2003 – 2006 the premises were reconstructed and overhauled within the Reconstruction and Repair of the Church of St. Joseph in Fulnek project. The project was part of the renewal of the entire premises and the Moravian-Silesian Region also plans to refurbish the adjacent Capuchin monastery.
