Project Objectives
- A more educated and employed region – support for career counseling and the preparation of graduates and employees for lifelong learning and the labour market
- A more attractive and cultured region – the image of schools and the region, creativity in schools, working with talents, and the community role of the school
- A cleaner and greener region – environmental education, enlightenment, and polytechnic education, including mitigating the impacts of the end of coal mining on the labour market
- A more connected and smarter region – digital literacy, education in the field of population protection focusing on cybersecurity
- A more entrepreneurial and innovative region – support for entrepreneurship, cooperation of schools with companies
Project Activities
Central management of project activities by the coordinator including financial management of the consortium = ensuring the quality of mobilities, project administration, financial flows, support for consortium members in the implementation of planned activities.

Job shadowing (2–60 days)
Courses and professional trainings (2–30 days)
Visiting experts (2-60 days)
Mobilities of pupils:
Group mobilities of pupils (2–30 days)
Short-term learning mobilities of pupils (10–29 days)
Long-term learning mobilities of pupils (30–365 days)
Monitoring and evaluation will be carried out continuously from 2024 to 2027 by the consortium coordinator. For pupils, we expect the acquisition of knowledge and increasing competencies during the implementation, evaluation, and sharing of experiences with peers immediately after the end of the activity. For teachers, we expect evaluation and integration of acquired knowledge into teaching after the completion of activities, within a maximum of 1 year. For non-teaching staff, we expect assessment and implementation into practice after the completion of activities, within a maximum of 1 year.
